Bioyitech participated in the Food Ingredients China 2024 event
The Food Ingredients China 2024 event, which took place in Shanghai recently, concluded successfully, with a focus on the rising prevalence of "metabolic issues" among younger demographics. Bioyitech aimed to improve metabolism by targeting "sugar, fat, and acid" as the main objective, leading to innovative progress in probiotics, postbiotics, and fermentation agents. At the event, we introduced a comprehensive probiotic solution that boosts the body's internal metabolic abilities, injecting a new vitality into the probiotics industry and related products, thereby broadening diversity and consumer appeal.
As public awareness of health grows, people are now focusing more on comprehensive health management rather than just treating diseases. The emerging metabolic challenges faced by younger individuals pose intricate obstacles in health management. We advocate that functional probiotics act as a natural health booster by leveraging the body's inherent metabolic capabilities to enhance overall well-being and offer an optimal solution to health concerns. As such, our primary attention is directed towards the identification and nurturing of functional probiotics, with a key emphasis on addressing modern metabolic disorders through probiotics that target "sugar, fat, and acid" metabolism, conducting thorough research up to the genetic level. We have conserved over 6,000 native strains, including 102 distinctive functional strains, more than 50 functional fermentation strains, and have formulated over 10 postbiotics. Furthermore, our partnership with China Ocean University led to the establishment of the "Innovative Joint Research Center for Probiotics/Fermentation Agents for Special Food Use", laying a robust groundwork for tackling metabolic challenges in the future.
In FIC 2024, our R&D team addressed market needs by launching a groundbreaking range of stable fermented beverages with distinctive flavors. The goal is to push the boundaries of food nutrition and taste, enhancing dietary options for individuals. This enables a broader audience to savor the distinct flavors of functional fermented dairy products/drinks, harmonizing deliciousness with well-being and highlighting Bioyitech's unwavering commitment to health promotion.
