The evaluation of this achievement is not only a high recognition of Bioyitech's scientific research strength in the field of probiotics but also a crucial step forward for China in its national probiotic strategic layout.
This award-winning scientific and technological achievement focuses on the core needs of China's infant formula food industry, successfully developing the plant Lactobacillus DPUL - S164 and Lactobacillus reuteri DPUL - M94 with independent intellectual property rights, as well as the corresponding synbiotic preparation technology. During the research process, the expert team delved into the impact and mechanism of action of Lactobacillus metabolites on intestinal barrier function, discovering that they can enhance immune function, improve intestinal microbial diversity, and effectively alleviate inflammation and intestinal barrier damage caused by complementary food feeding. These achievements not only solve the scientific problem of unclear chemical properties and functional characteristics of synbiotic product efficacy components but also provide new options for Probiotic Strains and preparations for China's infant formula food.
