Bioyitech currently has over 100 employees, with more than 40 research staffs. Over 90% of them are master's or doctoral degree holders specialized in the fields of food and pharmaceuticals, covering experts in microbiology, food science, nutrition, and medicine both domestically and internationally. Professor Zhang Lanwei serves as the Chief Scientist, partnering with Ocean University of China to establish a joint research center. Under Professor Zhang Lanwei's leadership, the team has isolated over 6,000 strains of beneficial probiotics with independent intellectual property rights, advancing the localization process of functional probiotics and industrial starter culture.
