Bioyitech was invited to participate in the annual conference of the National Dairy Technology Innovation Center
On September 20, 2024, the second annual meeting of the National Dairy Industry Technology Innovation Center was held in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, widely recognized as the epicenter of global dairy science. As an active participant member, Zhongchuang Yike received an invitation to engage in the industry demand seminar organized at the Nutrition and Health Sub-center. During this event, I had the invaluable opportunity to connect directly with prominent dairy companies and essential raw material suppliers. This interaction allowed for a deeper understanding of the industry's precise requirements related to nutrition and health technologies, thereby fostering a meaningful integration of industry practices, academic insights, and research advancements.
The conference attracted a distinguished group of experts and scholars, including members from the esteemed Chinese Academy of Engineering such as Sun Baoguo, Yin Yulong, Ren Fazheng, and Huang He. Alongside them were hundreds of leading researchers from various prestigious global institutions, associations, and universities, all working collaboratively to formulate strategies aimed at achieving the high-quality development of dairy innovation.
During the seminar, Li Jiadong, the founder and general manager of Bioyitech, offered valuable perspectives on the progression and utilization of functional fermentation agents. He elaborated on the significance of different strains in the dairy fermentation process, plant-based fermentation, and the realm of functional Probiotics. Li emphasized the increasing market demand for cleaner formulations, highlighting consumers' preferences for products with fewer additives while still retaining the flavor and nutritional value of dairy items. Bioyitech is dedicated to continuous innovation, striving to push the boundaries of food nutrition and taste. This commitment enriches human diets through the development of a diverse selection of safe and stable fermentation agents specifically engineered for various raw materials, ultimately contributing to the evolution of the functional food system.
